A twice-weekly video-led fitness hour gives older adults a structured indoor exercise option on Tuesday and Friday mornings.

What it costs

WSC member drop-in $3.00

The current membership page lists a $3 member drop-in fee for Video Fitness classes. It does not publish the non-member class amount; contact the Centre to confirm eligibility and any other fee.
