From shaping your listing to welcoming Guests, Xperium keeps the practical parts of hosting connected so you can stay focused on the Experience itself.

Shape a complete listing

Build the description, location, photos, itinerary, FAQs, Guest requirements, what you provide, and what Guests should bring.

Plan real availability

Offer timed sessions, all-day Experiences, or multi-day runs with repeat rules, booking cutoffs, capacity, and future availability.

Set pricing your way

Price per Guest or once per slot, offer private pricing where supported, and add optional Experience add-ons.

Choose confirmation

Use instant confirmation or review a request manually within a clear response window. Capacity is protected while the request is active.

Keep Guests informed

Use reservation details, direct messages, and reusable quick replies to keep important plans in one conversation.

Handle the day itself

Check Guests in by PIN or QR code, record no-shows with context, and keep private operational notes on a booking.

Build earned trust

Eligible Guests can leave a verified post-Experience rating and review, and the Host can post one response.

Share useful details

Give confirmed Guests private resources plus practical calendar and reservation information without exposing those files publicly.

Keep support decisions traceable

Cancellation, refund, dispute, incident, and payout-hold workflows preserve clear states and auditable support decisions.

Built for shared success

Start on Xperium with no upfront costs.

Create your Host account, build an Experience, and publish for free. Xperium only earns a service fee when you earn from a paid booking. We succeed when you do, so Xperium is built to give you the practical tools you need to host with confidence.

Paid booking fee

Xperium's service fee is 12% of the paid booking price, deducted from Host proceeds. The exact amount is recorded with each booking instead of being recalculated later.

Host FAQ

A few practical answers.

What can I host on Xperium?

Hosts create Experiences: bookable activities built around something they know, make, teach, or love doing. Public Events and community Meet Ups are separate Xperium listing types.

Do I need a subscription to get started?

No. Creating a Host account, building an Experience, and publishing are free. Xperium earns a service fee only from paid bookings.

How does Xperium charge for paid bookings?

Xperium charges a 12% service fee on paid bookings. It is deducted from Host proceeds, and the exact amount is recorded with each booking.

Can I choose how bookings are confirmed?

Yes. Experiences support instant confirmation or a manual Host response window, with the booking state and payment timing shown to the Guest.

Does Xperium manage my taxes?

No. Hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations, including registration, collection, reporting, and filing. Xperium does not provide tax advice.
