Santa visits the outdoor light display for an hour of family photos and seasonal greetings during the Festival evening.

Admission to the Festival is free, and no separate fee is published for this activity. Donations are accepted; optional concessions and train rides are separate purchases.

Most paths are paved and the Society works to clear snow and ice, but icy conditions can remain. A nearby drop-off point and conditional golf-cart assistance are available for visitors with mobility needs.
The lights stay on, but temperatures below -25 C including wind chill change the Festival to lights-only operation without extra services or activities.
Leashed pets are welcome outdoors and on the trains, but not in the Festival Tent. Trained service animals may enter all areas.
