Admission includes a locally sourced three-course dinner by Odla and two beverages. Submit dietary requirements during booking so the organizer can confirm an accommodation.
Restroom details
Washrooms are available onsite. There is no potable water, so visitors should bring a filled water bottle.
Parking and transit
Free onsite parking is reached from Highway 219, approximately 13 km south of Saskatoon. Follow signs for Beaver Creek Conservation Area rather than the nearby hamlet.
Weather notes
The experience runs rain or shine, with a marquee for dinner. Dress for the forecast and wear sturdy footwear; the organizer will contact guests if conditions are unsafe.
Seating and rest areas
Expect walking on uneven natural trails. The terrain is not considered accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Pet policy
House pets are not permitted at Beaver Creek Conservation Area.
